CommandLink is a global provider of software-defined network and communication infrastructure. Its platform unifies connectivity, security, voice and AI, combining SD-WAN, SASE, MDR/XDR, Cloud Voice (UCaaS), network monitoring and support within a single environment, and is delivered as network as a service (NaaS). The system automatically ingests and normalises ISP, network, security and hardware inventory data along with telemetry, making that data usable by AI.

The technical work spans software-defined networking, telemetry ingestion and normalisation, and AI applied to network operations. The company's approach is automation-heavy: telemetry and inventory are collected and standardised rather than handled manually, which underpins both its monitoring functions and its use of AI across the platform.

Support is delivered through Command|POD, a model in which each customer is assigned a dedicated team of Tier 3 engineers providing real-time, proactive assistance, with no call centres or handoffs. CommandLink has won Product of the Year awards for SD-WAN, UCaaS and NaaS, as well as a Supplier of the Year recognition, and holds the designation of Strategic Growth Partner with AT&T. It operates globally.
