Capital One is a financial services company and bank holding company founded in 1994 and headquartered in McLean, Virginia. It offers credit cards, auto loans, savings and deposit products, and commercial banking, serving more than 65 million customer accounts. The firm employs tens of thousands of associates and operates across seven countries, including the United States, Canada, India, Mexico, the Philippines, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
