Busuu

Busuu is a language learning platform founded in 2008. Its product pairs expert-designed courses with corrections and feedback from a global community of native speakers, combining self-paced study on web and mobile with interaction between learners. The platform offers courses in 14 languages and is used by more than 120m learners worldwide; more than 600 corporate clients use Busuu for language training.

The engineering work spans education technology, language learning technology, mobile app development and web platform development. Products include the Busuu language learning platform itself, available across web and mobile, and the Busuu mobile apps for iOS and Android, which have been recognised as Editor's Choice on Google Play and named App of the Year.
