Job Overview
Performance Fab, a division of Fox Cities Builders, is currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team! In this role, you will MIG, TIG, and Flux Core weld, as well as cut, braze, and fabricate metal components using flame-cutting and hand-welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
•    Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding, cutting, and brazing operations.
•    Repair and fabricate equipment and structures using welding and flame-cutting techniques.
•    Monitor and inspect welds for quality, ensuring components meet specifications.
•    Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following company and OSHA safety standards.
•    Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on tools and equipment.
•    Participate in safety meetings and required training sessions.
•    Travel to job sites as needed for on-site fabrication and repairs.

What We’re Looking For
•    Experience in welding/fabrication (formal apprenticeship or in-company training preferred).
•    Strong understanding of welding machines, tools, blueprints, and fabrication techniques.
•    Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
•    Ability to work independently while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
•    Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, stand, and work in varying weather conditions.
