Position Overview:PurityOne is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Hose Assembly Technician to join our production team in Northampton, MA. This is an entry-level position responsible for assembling high-purity hose and fluid transfer assemblies used in critical applications for life sciences and other high-purity industries.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Prior TIG welding experience is helpful but not required.Key Responsibilities:•    Assemble hose and fluid transfer components according to work instructions and specifications•    Cut, prepare, and fit hose assemblies and associated fittings•    Perform TIG welding on stainless steel hose assemblies (training may be provided)•    Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications•    Maintain accurate production and quality records•    Safely operate assembly tools and equipment•    Maintain a clean and organized work area•    Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standardsQualifications:•    High school diploma or equivalent required•    Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on aptitude•    Prior TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality•    Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures•    Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment•    Good communication skills and reliabilityPhysical Requirements:•    Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs•    Ability to stand and work at a bench or workstation for extended periods•    Ability to use hand tools and small equipmentWork Environment:•    Team-oriented manufacturing environment•    On-the-job training provided•    Opportunity to develop welding and technical assembly skills
