Tech, ER Paramedic/EMT (FT Days)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Takes direction from RN or physician to maintain high standard of patient care.
• Provides emergency care to patients in the ER by monitoring the patients’ vitals.
• Assists with emergency medical processes, such as dressing wounds and administering stitches. 
• Takes medical samples from patients, such as blood or urine.
• Cleans and stocks carts, rooms, and changes linen, as required.
• Decontaminates all equipment, instruments, and supplies.
• Assists with transport of patients to other departments. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• EMT-P required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
