About the Role
ALS Oil and Lubricants Wetherill Park service clients located throughout NSW. We are now looking for a Laboratory Technician to take the next step in their career.
This role will closely support management in the delivery of productivity targets and assisting with team requirements that will require flexibility with after-hours and weekend work and taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Training in the relevant instrumentation and procedures will be provided. Based at Wetherill Park - ASAP Start is Available
Other responsibilities of this role include:
Chemical and physical testing of oil, fuel and coolant samples
Entering, updating and maintaining sample and test data in LIMS
Undertaking activities and responsibilities as instructed by the Laboratory Manager
About you:
Minimum of 2-4 years in a commercial laboratory or experience in a production-based industry
Previous experience as a senior technician or team leader
Tertiary qualifications/Certificate in Lab Techniques highly desirable
A confident communicator
Diligent in dealing with data and details and intermediate knowledge of MS applications
Customer focused and you’ll strive for service excellence
A collaborative team player
Flexibility to meet our changing business needs.
