The team
The Experience Platforms team are responsible for guiding the development of experiences at SEEK. Within Design Systems this includes building and supporting a multi-platform design system, a zero-install code-orientated design environment, and a library for enhancing the predictability of text sizing and layout.
We design, develop and deliver tools and platforms used by SEEK to build performant and consistent experiences for our users. We manage our own roadmap in close consultation with our customers – the SEEK engineering and design community.
We define our own ways of working, striving to bring a balance of passion and pragmatism to everything we do. We embrace flexible working arrangements from hybrid through to fully remote. We have a particularly strong culture of open-source development. The open-source projects our team maintains includes the Braid Design System, Playroom and Capsize.
