Senior Mechanics or Electricians (Based in Switzerland at least 3 years)

Your Tasks

• Assembly of both mechanical and electronic components in the aircraft assembly line (systems integration) in accordance with Pilatus process requirements and quality standards
• Detailed interpretation of engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and complex technical documentation, ensuring an accurate understanding of design requirements and their correct application during assembly and production Tasks
• Support the assembly team in achieving the defined production objectives
• Perform assembly tasks, system tests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during system integration as well as conducting quality checks in system Integration
• Drive production and quality improvements, including conducting quality check
• Provide regular reporting to the team leader to support the improvement of the production line in the technical Environment
• Important: The position is located in Stans, Switzerland, with a minimum three-year commitment. After this period, the role will be relocated to Seville to continue supporting the production line in Spain

• Completed vocational training and extensive experience (>3 years) in aircraft assembly/system Integration
• Strong knowledge of processes and procedures in system integration; highly skilled in hands on work with a strong practical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong ability to work with computer hardware and basic IT tools
