The Delivery and Information team is responsible for the reliability and performance of UniSuper’s core technology platforms, ensuring they remain secure, scalable and fit for the future.

The role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will deliver and support cloud and infrastructure platforms that underpin critical business services. You will apply advanced technical expertise to improve automation, resilience and operational performance across UniSuper’s technology landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering and supporting cloud, compute, storage and network services
• Applying DevOps and infrastructure‑as‑code standards across platforms
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure and cloud issues
• Maintaining system availability, performance and security
• Supporting continuous improvement through automation and documentation
• Working closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable services

About you

You are a technically strong DevOps or cloud engineer who enjoys working in complex environments and making systems better, more reliable and easier to operate.

You will have:

• Hands‑on experience with Azure and exposure to GCP, with AWS experience desirable
• Strong experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Practical knowledge of containers, Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices
• Good understanding of cloud security, networking and enterprise platforms
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative, customer‑focused approach
