  • Work closely with Crew Lead to define capability requirements, workforce plans, and sustainable talent strategies.

  • Leverage data and metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities and improve overall Chapter effectiveness.
  • Facilitate constructive resolution of issues and conflicts across teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical currency and actively contribute to the broader engineering practice and chapter community.

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have proven experience leading engineering teams in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Are experienced in driving efficiency through automation and standardisation, with a strong understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Bring a strong background in secure desktop platforms, end‑user computing, identity and access management, or enterprise platforms such as Windows/iOS, Microsoft security and identity, software packaging, and endpoint management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to uplift capability, maturity, and ways of working at scale.
  • Can balance people leadership, technical credibility, and product accountability.
  • Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders across Business and Technology.
  • Are passionate about building inclusive, high‑performing teams and modern engineering cultures.
