Under the direction of the Senior Branch Executive, the Director of Strength & Conditioning will directly oversee the design, implementation and growth of the strength and conditioning offerings for the association and ensure that the quality of all programs and offerings related to are meeting industry standards with a focus on athlete assessment and evaluation, program design & periodization, strength & conditioning implementation, Injury prevention & recovery management, performance monitoring & data analysis, and athlete education & communication.
The Program Director leads and develops staff, fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensures programs meet industry standards and community needs. Responsible for operational excellence, financial stewardship, and program quality, the Program Director ensures effective use of resources, safe and welcoming environments, and measurable outcomes. This role supports the growth, sustainability, and community impact of the YMCA.
