Your Opportunity:

 This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care (RAC) and Community services – offering the best of both worlds! As a RAC Physiotherapist, you will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services. You will be managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions which affect movement, function, and independence. Plena are excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space, and this diverse role will allow clinicians to support clients referred through the following government funded models, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private referrals.

About you:

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

To be considered, you will hold:

• General AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights
