Operations Lead – Community Golf Facility (Glasgow)

Full-time • Temporary Contract 35 hours • On-site

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to run the day-to-day activity of our busy, community-focused golf facility. You’ll lead and coach supervisors, keep operations efficient, solve issues quickly, and drive a consistently great player experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across a high‑energy golf environment
• Lead, coach and empower the supervisory team
• Manage staffing and equipment resources
• Resolve player and operational issues
• Support training and development to raise service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Confident with golf-specific software
• Proven team leadership with strong customer and commercial results
• Knowledge of golf operations, retail and event planning
