Job Description

Looking to start or grow your career in a hands-on technical role? We are seeking a motivated Oil Filtration Technician to join our team, supporting specialised, field-based electrical oil filtration services.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build practical skills, work on-site, and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

You’ll assist with oil filtration activities, support diagnostics processes, and work closely with laboratory teams to ensure accurate and timely results. You’ll also gain exposure to client interactions on-site, helping you develop strong communication and technical skills.

Please note this is a physically demanding, hands-on role that involves manual handling and heavy lifting, and working in hot, dusty, and industrial site conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with sampling of high-voltage transformer equipment
  • Support oil filtration and reclamation services on client sites
  • Liaise with laboratory teams regarding testing and diagnostics
  • Prepare and issue oil condition reports, with timely client follow-up
  • Provide basic technical guidance to clients on-site
  • Identify opportunities to support service delivery and business growth

Qualifications

About You:

  • Interest in a hands-on, field-based technical role (experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience in a similar oil filtration or electrical services role highly regarded 
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in physically demanding and site-based environments
  • Safety-focused with the ability to follow procedures
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR licence advantageous but not essential)
  • Available and willing to travel to remote sites
