Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong process engineering orientation to join our team.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize high-precision opto-mechanical assembly processes
• Lead automation projects – Pick & Place, Adhesive Dispensing, Screwing systems
• Design and validate jigs & fixtures for optical assemblies in cleanroom environments
• Solve complex engineering problems and ensure scalability to mass production
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, NPI, and production teams

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – must, minimum 5 years
• Opto-Mechanical assemblies and tolerances experience – BIG ADVANTAGE
• Proven experience in automation and process engineering (PNP, dispensing, optical assemblies)
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude
• Experience with automotive-grade manufacturing standards (IATF16949, APQP, PPAP) – advantage
• Excellent English and communication skill
