Manager Engineering and Asset Management – RTA Pacific Operations
About the role
We are seeking a Manager Engineering and Asset Management to lead the integration of asset management and engineering across Rio Tinto Aluminium’s Pacific Operations.
This role is ideal for a thoughtful, people‑centered leader who is passionate about asset performance, engineering excellence and building capable, engaged teams. You will work closely with site‑based and central stakeholders, creating strong partnerships to enable safe, reliable and sustainable asset performance.
Reporting to the General Manager Bauxite and Alumina, you will be accountable for implementing Rio Tinto’s Asset Management strategy while supporting leaders and teams through change, capability uplift and continuous improvement.
