*Job Title:* Garment Technician Manager
*Location:* Chennai
*Experience:* 10-15 years
*Salary:* ₹75,000 - ₹80,000 per month
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage a team of technicians for garment production and quality control
- Ensure efficient production flow, meeting quality and delivery targets
- Troubleshoot technical issues with garment construction and finishing
- Develop and implement process improvements for increased productivity
- Conduct training for technicians on new styles, techniques, and quality standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams
- Monitor and report on production metrics, quality, and efficiency
*Requirements:*
- Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in garment production, quality control, or technical role
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and finishing
- Leadership and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with production planning and team management
Work Location: Royapettah, Chennai.
