Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience (Senior/L4+ level strongly preferred)
  

• 2+ years of meaningful tenure at a company backed by top-tier venture capital firms, such as:
  
  Greylock, a16z, Sequoia, Lightspeed, Bessemer, Benchmark, Kleiner Perkins, General Catalyst, First Round, Khosla Ventures, Redpoint, or similar
  

• Experience working in high-bar engineering organizations, including:
  
  FAANG, well-known unicorns, or venture-funded startups recognized by TechCrunch
  

• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes, such as:
  
  Built X product/feature → improved Y metric by Z%
  

• Early-stage startup experience (Series A–C) or having worked as a founder/co-founder is a strong plus
  

• Experience building, scaling, or optimizing core platform, product, or infrastructure systems
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/Undergrad) in Computer Science or related engineering field

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• React experience is mandatory (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
  

• TypeScript, Node.js, or server-side engineering experience preferred
  

• Strong expertise in at least one domain:
  

  • Frontend (UI, React, performance, design systems)
    

  • Backend (APIs, databases, distributed systems)
    

  • Infrastructure/Cloud (DevOps, scalability, CI/CD, system reliability)
    

• Active open-source contributions or personal projects demonstrating engineering depth
  

• Experience shipping production-grade code with clean architecture and strong fundamentals

Soft Skills

• High emotional intelligence with strong developer empathy
  

• Excellent communication — able to simplify complex technical concepts
  

• Strong cross-team collaboration and problem-solving mindset
  

• High EQ, patience, and clarity when working with technical stakeholders
