Flight Test Pilot

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary.

We are looking for an experienced Drone Pilot to join our R&D department. This is a dynamic role that combines test flights, system testing, and close collaboration with engineering teams. The position involves operating drones in various environments while supporting the development and validation of new technologies.

Perform drone flights for testing, validation, and operational missions.

Conduct flight operations in varied field conditions.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Document, report, and analyze flight data and test results.

Work closely with engineering teams to support system development, testing, and improvements.

• Proven experience piloting drones in line-of-sight (LOS) flight modes, including Stabilized / Acro.
• Technical mindset and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, composure under pressure, and real-time decision-making ability.

Advantages
