Remuneration: $42.15–$59.04/hr + Super + Salary Packaging + Travel Reimbursement + Employee Benefits + 5 Weeks Annual Leave (pro‑rata)
About the Role
Join BlueCare as an Exercise Physiologist and support clients to improve mobility, independence and wellbeing. You’ll work across centre‑based and home‑visit services, tailoring programs that make a genuine difference in daily life.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Social Workers, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants—all while having the autonomy to manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations.

What You’ll Bring
Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation (Essential)
Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills
Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
Ability to run group exercise classes
Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
Current Driver Licence + comprehensively insured vehicle (Essential)
Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standards
Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi (advantage)
