About the Role Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you’ll lead and oversee multiple Dandenong based business units, providing strategic direction, operational leadership and commercial oversight. Your key focus is to drive territory growth and execute the strategic plan for our Power & Energy Division - expanding market presence, strengthening customer value and delivering sustainable commercial results. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing territory growth strategies to increase revenue, margin and market share Overseeing operational performance, driving productivity, efficiency and cost control Monitoring financial performance and key metrics, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and accountability Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders Leading, coaching and developing leaders to build capability and drive a high-performance culture   About You You’re a commercially driven leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level. You know how to identify growth opportunities, align teams and deliver results. To be successful, you will have: Proven experience in a senior operational or business development role within heavy equipment, engineering or a related industry Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, growth targets and performance outcomes Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results A leadership style that builds accountability, capability and high performance Mechanical aptitude, supported by a trade and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Why Join Us?
