We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and creative staff to work directly with school-aged adventure campers by engaging and providing supervision for them at camp while making a positive impact in their lives. The ideal candidate will bring their own interest in outdoor recreation, serving as an enthusiastic facilitator and participant for a variety of nature and leisure based activities such as swimming, hiking, boating, and other specific program outings, alongside the director and other camp counselors. CPR/First Aid Certification, or the ability to attend a provided certification training prior to the camp start date, is required. Staff who are willing to work as a lifeguard, and carry the appropriate credentials and experience, will receive a pay rate increase. Prior experience working with children is required.
