We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach to deliver high-quality, results-driven fitness coaching in a fully remote environment. This is a full-time role designed for coaches who thrive in live online settings, enjoy working closely with clients, and are committed to helping individuals build strength, resilience, and long-term athletic performance. You will play a critical role in designing and delivering structured training programs, with a strong focus on kettlebell-based training, movement quality, and progressive strength development. RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured strength and conditioning programs with a strong emphasis on kettlebell training principles
- Conduct live online coaching sessions, ensuring clear cueing, real-time corrections, and high engagement
- Coach clients across varying fitness levels, adapting programming based on goals, limitations, and progress
- Build progressive training plans that prioritize strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention
- Monitor client performance, track progress, and make data-informed adjustments to training programs
- Educate clients on proper movement mechanics, breathing techniques, and recovery strategies
- Maintain high coaching standards in a remote environment, ensuring safety and effectiveness during live sessions
- Foster a motivating and disciplined training culture that encourages consistency and long-term adherence
- Collaborate with other coaches and internal teams to refine programming and improve coaching delivery
- Stay up to date with best practices in strength training, kettlebell coaching, and online fitness delivery
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in strength and conditioning or functional fitness coaching
- Strong expertise in kettlebell coaching, including foundational and advanced movements
- Proven experience conducting live online coaching sessions with individuals or groups
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to cue, correct, and motivate clients remotely
- Solid understanding of strength training principles, movement patterns, and progressive overload
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client engagement in a virtual coaching environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup
- Passion for coaching, continuous learning, and delivering measurable client outcomes
- Certification in strength training, kettlebell coaching, or a related fitness discipline is a strong advantage
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for live coaching, scheduling, and progress tracking
