Mar-Bella Collection is looking for Pool Lifeguards. The Pool Lifeguard ensures guest safety by monitoring pool activities, preventing accidents, and providing emergency care. They enforce safety regulations, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure effective communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests and associates, by acting quickly and appropriately at all times
• Maintain good communication between the department, other departments, and all guests
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Provide pool safety and supervision for guests, monitors activities in the water to prevent accidents and to ensure the safety and well-being of guests
• Implements and monitors policies and procedures, enforces regulations and cautions guests regarding unsafe activities. Performs all required lifeguard-training skills as needed
• Responsible for open-close the area of duty and check equipment for its functionality
• Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Standards at all times.
• Attend all training and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated on all trends and market news. - Participates in required training sessions, including safety drills and other emergency procedures

• 2 years of experience as lifeguard in luxury hospitality will be an asset
• High school Diploma
• Lifeguard license
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Ability to handle difficult and or stressful situations
• Ability to maintain/adhere to company Standards, Policies & SOPs
• Able to work under pressure and under supervision
• Develop effective working relationships internally & externally / Ability to work in a team
• Managing crisis situations / Spotting hazards and preventing accidents / Excellent managing of rescue boat
• Communication Skills Spoken and Written / Decision making and Negotiation Skills / flexibility & adaptability / Time management and multi-tasking / problem solving skills
