Physiotherapist (Tenant)

We are recruiting registered Physiotherapists to run their private practice from our premium in-club wellness suites. This is a rental-based opportunity to operate independently, leveraging the Virgin Active member base and multidisciplinary collaboration with Personal Trainers, Biokineticists, and Chiropractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physiotherapy consultations, rehabilitation, and performance optimization services.
• Manage your own bookings, records, payments, and administrative processes.
• Maintain a consistent clinical presence in the club across peak member times.
• Collaborate with PTs and club teams to support member health journeys.
• Comply with all Virgin Active and HPCSA standards and codes of conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Physiotherapist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA – must be current and maintained).
• Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability cover.
• Current Level 1 First Aid with CPR and AED training.
• Sound understanding of musculoskeletal therapy, sports rehab, and wellness practices.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with sports teams, orthopedic recovery, or chronic pain management.
• Additional modalities such as dry needling, taping, or functional movement screening.
