We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our vibrant Allied Health Team! Fixed term until 02/05/2027.

About the Role

Our Physiotherapy Department provides services to a range of clinical caseloads across the hospital including adult inpatients in the acute wards, inpatient rehabilitation, day rehabilitation, and outpatients. Your key duties will be the planning, implementation and evaluation of physiotherapy treatment programs for clients in the relevant work areas.

Our team prides itself on exceeding Ramsay’s high standard of care with a professional and positive attitude. In this role you will have support from and report to Team Leader Physiotherapists.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive team orientated focus and have a passion for client care. You will have exceptional communication skills and be committed to providing a high standard of customer-focused service. This position requires someone with flexibility and the ability work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration.
• The ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice.
• The ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols.
• Minimum 1-5 years clinical experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
• Previous experience working in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
• Applicants must be flexible, team oriented and prepared to hit the ground running.

Remuneration: Salary range is Grade 1 Year 1- Grade 2 Year 5
