This position is for an experienced Physiotherapist to work one day per week.
The successful candidate may choose their preferred workday—Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday—and must be available to commence from 23 February 2026.
About the Role
The role offers an opportunity to provide high quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy services - founded on our philosophy of Resident centred holistic care. In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for assessing the physical and psycho-social functioning of Residents. You will work alongside Residents, and those that are important to them. Identifying their Physiotherapy goals, needs and preferences. Ensuring all parties are kept informed of the Resident-led, goal directed care planning - within a multiskilled environment that is focused on the reablement of our Residents.
Physiotherapists understand how important good physical functioning and heathy aging are to people’s sense of well-being. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are provided by the Therapy Team which meets the physical and psychosocial needs of our Residents.

Shoalwater is a suburb nestled between Warnbro Sound & Shoalwater Bay, with Penguin Island close by. This ocean theme has been used to name the four areas, Dolphin Cove, Penguin Cove, Osprey Cove & Pelican Cove. Aegis Shoalwater is an ageing in place facility with a range of accommodation options. Dolphin Cove offers specialist dementia care. Accommodation comprises of single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The different areas or "coves" all have lounge and dining areas and access to extensive gardens and patio areas.
