Ortho Physiotherapist Calicut

Talentspoc LLC is seeking a dedicated and proficient Ortho Physiotherapist to join our team in Calicut. In this critical role, you will specialize in the rehabilitation of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries and injuries. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery and improve the overall physical health and function of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to create effective and individualized treatment strategies.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance healing and strength.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation programs, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in professional development and stay informed about best practices in orthopedic physiotherapy.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote awareness of orthopedic health and rehabilitation services.

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice physiotherapy.
• Experience in orthopedic physiotherapy is preferred, with at least 10 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Commitment to quality patient care and continuous professional growth.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
