About the Opportunity
Join a leading, dynamic Allied Health provider on the beautiful Sunshine Coast! We are seeking a passionate and motivated Community Physiotherapist to join our team, providing dedicated, person-centered care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care: Provide in-home comprehensive clinical assessments, tailored treatment plans, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Independence Focus: Deliver care focused on falls prevention, mobility improvement, and maximizing independence for aged care and NDIS clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and timely client records and clinical notes in accordance with professional standards.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with GPs, families, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care.
  • Equipment Prescription: Assess and recommend appropriate mobility aids and home modifications.

About You
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in community, aged care, or rehabilitation is highly regarded, but passionate new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Attributes: Motivated, compassionate, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Requirements: A current unconditional Australian driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Compliance: National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
