DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safe operation of waterslides, and water features by maintaining focus on slide area, Guests, and fellow lifeguards at all times
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Enforce and verbally communicate all safety rules and regulations of the water slides and features
• Test and complete safety paperwork daily
• Assist guests on the water slides and water features as necessary
• Friendly and outgoing personality and interacting with guests
• Provide Guest Service according to company standards
• Uphold and deliver all company and department values, policies, and procedures
• Works to maintain a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment
• Recognize and respond quickly and effectively in emergencies according to the Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
• Assists with the cleanliness of the waterpark
