Move to Jersey and join a team where your expertise transforms lives. As part of Health & Care Jersey’s Orthopaedic Inpatient Service, you will work in an environment that combines clinical challenge, professional pride, and island wide impact.
In this specialist role, you will be professionally responsible for delivering high quality care to our patients. You will be accountable for physiotherapy triage, advanced assessment, formulation, and treatment of a complex caseload. Our patients often present with psychosocial challenges, trauma histories and physical impairments. You will apply advanced clinical reasoning, enhanced diagnostic skills, and a patient centred approach to guide rehabilitation and determine safe discharge readiness.
You will design and deliver specialist rehabilitation programmes for elective surgery and trauma patients, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team. As a senior clinician, you will supervise and develop team members, contribute to departmental governance, and support the daily operational management of the orthopaedic inpatient and enhanced recovery pathway.
You will join a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritises professional growth and wellbeing. We offer ongoing development, structured learning opportunities, and a culture that empowers you to empower others.
